REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will happily exchange or issue store credit on clothing that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered within 10 days of the confirmation of delivery. The receipt included in your package must be present. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may impose, but we do not issue refunds or accept returns. No exceptions.

Shipping charges are not reimbursed for exchanged purchases. Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. No re-stocking fees are charged.

EXCHANGES

All exchanges must meet the following requirements.
* Merchandise exchange process must be initiated within 10 days of receiving order.
* Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.
* Merchandise must have all tags, accessories, and original paperwork.
If any exchanges do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items will be returned to you immediately, and an exchange will not be processed. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
