OPERATIONS

Skokomish Park at Lake Cushman is part of the ancestral homelands of the Skokomish people. The park is located on Lake Cushman near Hoodsport Washington and is open to the public. Reservations can be made online by clicking here, or by phone at (360) 877-5760.

Note: Special events and off season camping may be arranged for service groups and other organization. Please contact us at skokomishtourism@siteincorporated.com for more details.

AMENITIES:

Day Use Area - The day use area consists of a park setting with a gravel beach and swim area located on the shores of Lake Cushman. There are restrooms, barbecues, horse shoe pits, fire-rings and picnic tables available on a first come basis. This site also includes a picnic shelter with stone barbecue which may be reserved for special events.

Boat Launch - Our launch has three paved ramps located in a protected cove of Lake Cushman. These ramps are suitable for launching all manner of water craft with vehicle and trailer parking located near public restrooms.

RV Camping - All of our camping site are located in the tall timber adjacent to Lake Cushman. Most sites contains a fire-ring, picnic table, 20 & 30 amp electrical, water and sewer hook-up.

Standard Camping - Our standard sites are located in the same forest adjacent to the lake. Each site contains a fire-ring and picnic table all within a short walking distance of a shared water station and restrooms.

Walk-in Camp Sites - These sites are located in the tall timbers of the South Camp. Each site has a fire-ring and picnic table with a short walk to parking, restrooms and shared water station.

Group Camping - South Camp features a picnic shelter, large fire-rings and standard campsites to accommodate up to 40 people.

Restrooms - The facilities are centrally located well maintained and fully stocked. Coin operated showers with hot water are available 24 hours a day.

RV Dump - Conveniently located near the park exit, this facility is free to all paid camp reservation.

Camp Store - A small store carrying the basics in camping supplies is available based on season. If you forgot it we’ve got it.

Theater - A small open air theater is located between the day use parking and South Camp. This theater will be home to many special activities throughout the camping season (please consult camp schedule upon arrival).

Day Use Area
$20.00 per vehicle (limit of 2 dogs per day use pass)
$4.00 per person walk-in, hike-in or bike-in

Boat Launch
$20.00 per vehicle with boat trailer

RV Camping
Starting at $45.00 per night (one vehicle per site unless under tow, maximum occupancy 8 persons per site)

Standard Camping
Starting at $40.00 per night (one vehicle per site, maximum occupancy 8 persons per site)

Walk-in Camp Sites
Starting at $35.00 per night (one vehicle per site, maximum occupancy 8 person per site)

Group Camping

Starting at $209.00 per night for South Group Camp (limit of 4 dogs)
Starting at $209.00 per night for North Group Camp (max occupancy 80 person. Maximum of 8 dogs)

RV Dump
Free to all campers, $8.00 to non-registered campers

Additional Vehicle
$10.00 per night and the vehicle must be parked on the designated site parking pad. If vehicle will not fit on site you may opt to park in the boat launch area. All vehicles must be registered at check-in.

Coins Showers
.50 cent for three minutes

RESERVATION FEES

Processing fee
All reservations and check-ins will incur a $8.00 per site non-refundable processing fee.

First-night deposits
All reservations must include a minimum deposit of the first night’s lodging cost.

Final payment
Final payment for any additional nights shall be made on arrival using cash, check, debit or credit card. Please have your license, vehicle & boat tag number ready.

PET RESTRICTIONS:

We love animals and want to keep everyone safe within the park (including our furry friends)

  • We are an animal friendly place with off leash swimming areas and pet friendly trails.  Dogs must be on leashes in public areas.  Due to our location in an area with other large wildlife and public safety requirements, we restrict these breeds from being allowed in our park (please do not bring a Pitbull, Mastiff, Rottweiler, Doberman, or breeds that include wolf and/or coyote).  Vaccinations must be current and proof of vaccinations is required.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

Changes to your reservation

  • Please notify us of any changes with your reservation. We do need to charge a $7.00 processing fee for any change made to an existing reservation. 

Cancellations

  • Please notify us if you need to cancel. We can refund the first night deposit if we receive notice of your cancelation at least 7 days prior to your arrival date (less a $8.00 change fee.) The initial $8.00 processing fee cannot be refunded.

All amenities, services, pricing, fees and policies are subject to change without prior notice.

WATERFRONT AT POTLATCH POLICIES:

RV Parking: Sites 6-9 may need to park by office, leaving access for emergency vehicles and large rigs to pass through.

Pets: Are welcome, need to be on leash and cleaned up after. No pets on the beach.

Cable: There is no cable in the RV park at this time.
